Fundoventaro values your privacy. This policy describes how we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act.
1. Controller
Fundoventaro B.V., established at Keizersgracht 123, 1015 CJ Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89234567, is the controller for the processing of your data.
2. Which data we process
We only process the data you provide yourself through the newsletter sign-up form: your name and email address. We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type, necessary for the security of the platform.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your name and email address solely to send you the Eco-newsletter. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
4. Retention periods
Your data is retained for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is removed from our active systems within thirty days, unless a statutory retention obligation requires otherwise.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only our processors within the European Economic Area may access data on behalf of Fundoventaro, exclusively for the technical delivery of the newsletter.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and transfer your data, as well as the right to object. For a request, please contact privacy@fundoventaro.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, access control based on the least-privilege principle, and periodic audits.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect new laws and regulations or changes to our practices. The current version is always available on this page.
