These terms apply to the use of the platform fundoventaro.com and to the Eco-newsletter of Fundoventaro B.V.
1. Definitions
In these terms: 'Fundoventaro' — Fundoventaro B.V., established in Amsterdam; 'Platform' — the website fundoventaro.com and associated digital channels; 'User' — any natural person who consults the Platform or subscribes to the newsletter.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform provides independent information on sustainability, renewable energy and Agriculture 5.0 in the Netherlands. The content is educational in nature and does not constitute advice for any specific situation.
3. Newsletter sign-up
By signing up, the User confirms that their data is correct and that they consent to the processing described in the privacy policy. The User can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, imagery and structure on the Platform are owned by Fundoventaro or its licensors. Reuse is permitted only with attribution and for non-commercial, educational purposes.
5. Liability
Fundoventaro takes continuous care to ensure the accuracy of the information, but accepts no liability for incompleteness or inaccuracies. The User remains responsible for decisions made on the basis of the information.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
